Can an embedded report omit the Item Link?

I'm using an embedded report widget within a form. It's working fine.  It's using a Composer Defined Report. 

The customer likes the report but he does not want the link on the item type number. He just wants content in the report. 

Is there any way to turn off the linking capability in the embedded report?

Hi,

    This can be achieved only by your own custom report template. Just copy the list.html report template and add your Jquery / Javascript to remove hyperlinks on first column.
