Problem seeing active items.

I submit an item into Team Tracker and the system says that it is successful. But it does not show up in any active items list. It also does not come up in reports when they are run. All appropriate privileges have been given so I am thinking that it is a workflow problem. Has anyone else seen this or any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you get the message that states the submit was successful, then you no longer have view privileges to the item. If you have view privileges, then it would show you the submitted item. Check your view privileges for the project you are submitting into.

All the view privileges are given and still nothing. It only seems to do this with that workflow. Is there any settings in the workflows that would hide all submited items?

All privileges are at the project level. However, the submit transition of that workflow could be changing the Project field to a different project. Do you have access to the database back-end where you could check what the project field is being set to after the submit?

It is set for the correct project. Even when running a search for the issue id the system doesn't find it. So it isn't being sent to another project.
