sub relational on primary, looses user attributes

We have setup an aux table with user selections driven by single relational, the single relational has the reviewer identified and these values are shown on the primary as sub relational. We set this up so that the project admin can maintain the table to add or remove users.

How can I get the users email for notifications?

Any suggestions on a better way to set this up or to get the email notifications for those defaulted selections in the sub relational fields?
