Connect IT inbound Integration exception on attachment
I have completed Inbound Integration (Email to SD) using Connect IT. Connect IT 9.80 Email Type: IMAP Service Manager 9.52 with Mixed Mode(SMA-SM)
Emails are getting process but some email attachments type which are not predefined in SM then those emails and emails with huge attachment are not getting process instead my Connect IT scenario itself lands in Hung state. I looked for Options in Outlook Rules but could not find anything related to attachment Type.
I want Connect IT to ignore those emails for processing
Also, in connect IT scenario GUI --> edit (at top left Corner) --> Option --> mail we have an option to attach emails along with the ticket, which works fine when it is processed via GUI but same does not process when it is executed via Schduler, how can we achieve this.
