Services/SLA in SD 5.1 SP 2

Hi, all
i have question - i define service tree as
1. Corporate systems
2. Terminal systems
3. etc...

here 2. is a child of service 1.
Now, how can i define SLA for next task:
if i choose Terminal Systems in field "Service" in SC form i expect to autofill fields SLA, Service Level, etc, and the main thing to autofill the "Assignment to workgroup" field?

Hi,

Have you created the SLA, SL and Metrics for Terminal Systems? Also, the Receiving entities should be same as the Person/ Caller Organization. And also fill the default Work Group and other details you require.
Once you select the Caller and the Service applicable for that caller, the SLA would get auto filled in the SC.
