Workorder Deadline calculation
I am trying to calculate deadline for Workorders as like as Service call's deadline, using workgroup's Holiday and Free day calendar.
I set "Opening Hours Calendar of Assigned Workgroup for All Items" in Tools - System - System panel - General settings - Application. Also i created Holiday and Free day calendar and assigned them to workgroup, created UI rules for Priority - Deadline dependencies: Low - current date + 24 hours, Medium - current date + 8 hours, High - current date + 4 hours.
It works, but without using Holiday and Free day calendar.
What is wrong?
Service desk 4.5, service pack 37.

It might be that service level is missing.
However this is a difficult topic, too hard for troubleshooting via forum.
Hope someone else could come up with a better idea..

This looks like more difficult than I can comprehend in an abstract setting like these forums.
Please submit a support case in SSO, so we can spend more time investigating.
If this happens in demo-DB too, then only need to add your code as attachment, and I can try to replay the scenario.
Otherwise, add as many configuration details as possible, maybe even DB dump.
