Not at the moment out of the box.
Our understanding is that ChatOps is not very useful with messaging tools but rather with team-collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams, MatterMost, Slack, HipChat, Flowdock, Rocket.chat, etc.
Note how Microsoft realized the difference between the two and hence came out with Microsoft Teams vs. their Skype-for-Business.
The main reason is that for teams to collaborate they probably need capabilities such as the ability to have discussions in both persistent and adhoc chat rooms, with both public & private settings. This is the bare minimum while the team collaboration tools usually have many additional useful features in them that help teams be really successful in moving their collaborations from emails, phone calls and shouting-across-the-hallway - to a digital medium.
However if we realize that there's a strong demand for FB's Messenger, or a mature team collaboration solution as part of their FB@Work/Workplace, then we'd probably reconsider.
Now note that our bots our extendable, so that if our customers would like to still integrate our bots to Facebook's Messanger, they can either do it on their own, or get help from our Professional Services or Partners.
