Access SMAX and OMi in the same browser at same time

Access SMAX and OMi in the same browser at same time

Brief Description

When logged into SMAX, I am not able to login to OMi at the same time (using the same browser, new tab, different user).

Benefits / Value

This is essential for the CLIP process: when logged into SMAX and working on incident tickets that were opened from OMi events, a link to the event is provided in the incident ticket (external assignment). When clicking on that link, the OMi login page is opened in another tab within the same browser, but login to OMi doesn't work unless logging out of SMAX.

Design details

The current code may not work well with full FQDN as LWSSO code automatically removes the 1st level of the FQDN name as domain name in the background, from sub.domain.name to domain.name.
