We have Smart ticket for services. System learns 156 of them. But end customer changes names of services and adds new ones often. That’s why they want to be able to save terms for their services, that are not changed, when they will need to retrain Smart Ticket. At the moment they have to add correct terms manually if Smart Ticket s retrained. We need a mechanism to unload terms, so they are not lost.
