Agent logon, bypass dashboard

0 Votes

During the agent log-in process the user is directed to the Dashboard where numerous reports are then run and displayed per user.

The large number of dashboard items and users combined has a high hit/impact on the performance of the system.

From our experience and discussions with customers, the users are generally not interested in this information during the log-in process.
Required is a way, at tenant level, to bypass the dashboard and users go to either a more generic Welcome screen or directly to the Requests page.

Please note that it is already possible for each agent to set their preferred starting page.

Thanks, Steve.

We need tenant setting, we have requested that agents update this individually, but in general they do not.. and this has performance impact. A tenant setting would avoid this.

MF R&D team have requested we raise this.
