Aggregate attachments from SM catalog item to Service Portal

Attachments added to SM service catalog items need to be agregated to SMA-SM Service Portal (mixed mode), maybe controlled by a mark.

Agreed. for existing customer who upgarde from SRC this is a show stopper. the Attachment feature is an critical function which impact the current request process. Requestor cannot download the neccesary guideline/consent form/template for request submission.
