Exact requirement is below.
1.I created support ticket.it's assigned to xxxgroup.
2.xxxgroup provided solution and resolved ticket.
3.It will come to me and ask Accept/Reject provided solution.Here inplace of my absence any care user will accept/reject this solution?or it is possible only to me(Ticket created user)?
4.All care users have only " Self-service user " access.
