Allow configuration of file formats which can be attached to a request

hi,

currently only a fixed set of file formats can be attached to a request opened in SMAX.

our customer however would like to attach "eml"-files to his requests.

can you please make this list of file formats configurable?

thanks

daniel

Hi @Daniel Engelmann -  are you asking to add a file type, or that of the allowable file types they should be configuarable. If both, please separate into two ideas so we know which idea the vote applys to.  Thanks!

hi Tonya,

it is about the feature to configure the allowed file types. 'eml' was just an example, in general any file type desired by the customer should be possible to attach.

thanks

daniel

I strongly vote for this idea.   Another possibilty would be to allow the client to specify which file types are NOT allowed as attachments (probably a shorter list).

Where can we find the current list of which file types ARE allowed.   The 2 we are currently missing are .bmp and .msg
