Allow configuration of the list of fields used during record creation e.g., "Create incident from record". Custom fields should be able to be selected.
Why is this important, when it would it be used
Custom field on Request and Incident; value should transfer when support request is escalated to an incident, or 'create incident from record', change from an incident, or problem from incident
If you were designing the solution, how would you do it?
For all entity types. If we have the capability of defining this mapping as administrators, it would be very helpful.
