Allow request creation by Smart email integration even if the the email of the person is unknlown

0 Votes

Hello,

We would like some improvments on the smart email integration:

- An option to allow the request creation even if the email of the send is not known in SMAX (the request would then be created with a default contact)

- More mapping possibilities like in the SM version, by example to map the email address of the sender and email adress of cc in custom fields.

Thank you

Best regards

Hi @Mess

Can you please separate into 2 ideas?

For the first half, create a user via email:  that is connected to this idea (to create the user on first login). You may want to remove it from her, and add it as a comment to this other idea.

For the second half, please explain more about the use case (why add an address to from and CC, and/or add an example).

Thanks!
