Anonymous Access for SMAX Service Portal

SMAx always need an user (db or ldap) for access to the portal, it´s important that users have access for example to the agent chat, chat bot or knownledge documents without login to the portal (Anonymous Access) or enable the posibility for the users to create by a form a new user for access to the portal.

Hello,

This would be an extremely valuable addition to SMAX. We have been seeing the public access to service portal as a mandatory requirement and therefore with SMAX we cannot attend to the RFP process. Competitors have this option OOTB.

Of course @Mooseman SMAx need this functionality urgently.

One example of this is the University public service portal where alumni can access public knowledge articles and also possibility to request password reset etc. Also University library would like to publish knowledge articles to all customers and most of these will never have any kind of username.

This is an important idea. With this functionality, having anonymous offerings let implement any kind of automation where the user cannot access the portal, eg, when the user has blocked its account as well when the user has forgotten its password.
