Arrange service poral home page category tiles

On the home page of the SMA-ServicePortal, need to arrange the category tiles in a different order instead of the default alphabetical ordering. It is required to have the option of changing the order of catalog category tiles in a specified ordering by considering the "sort.order" field in the catalog category record. Also, an option needed to set the custom links order to be at the top (the first tile) of category tiles.

Totally agree, I do prefer to have an option from SMA Portal like (Custom link on Top or Bottom) and order them.

also the sorting order field in SM on category level to be activated in SMA SP
