As a Smart Ticket consumer, i want to get suggestion based on existing mandant configuration

Benifit: serve custom who enable mandant to get prediction result based on configured security right, and improve efficency and productivity to solve incoming tickets.

 

As Smart Ticket Admin, I can

-Configure (Add/Delete) value(s) of defined mandant field to specific smart ticket task

-Train smart ticket task for specific value(s)

-Test smart ticket task for specific value(s)

-Tune smart ticket task for specific value(s) based on testing result

As an Agent, I can

-Add closed ticket to tuning candidate of specific value for all affected smart ticket task

As an End User, I can

-Submit smart ticket request with prediction field auto-filled according requestor’s security right (merge configured all security groups right of requestor)
