Use Case Details:
We need to create a conversational Virtual Agent request to be able to fulfill it based on a conversation with the VA that will ask the user different questions based on the user options of the offering.
we have created an offering with different user options:
But in the Virtual Agent side, when we configure the conversation, we need to create again the user options (this is a duplicate work because we created them before in the offering)
We need to be able to link Virtual Agent user options to the Offering user options directly, avoiding duplication.
