As an end-user, I would like to scan/take a picture of a barcode/QR code to easily register a ticket on device/CI/kit.
This should be done through the SMAX mobile app.
Example, if a printer is not working or needs toner a barcode hung beside could be scanned/photographed and the system would recognise the CI and map the ticket to the correct printer.
Same could be used for furniture, projectors, PCs etc.
The benefits of this would be an enhanced end-user experience in terms of a simple to use solution. For IT it means the correct CIs would be used when tickets are raised.
