Be able to link 2 fulfillment plan on the offering.

Idea ID 1634224

Be able to link 2 fulfillment plan on the offering.

Be able to link 1 fulfillment plan for approval and another fulfillment plan for other phases (fulfill and review).

Approval plan could be easily reuse but not the task plan for the execution or review. But if I select a fulfillment plan on the offering in which I have defined my approval plan, I cannot update the tasks I need to execute.

I would like multiple taskplans linked to multiple phases. So more flexible.

I would like also more flexibility.
Sometimes after a first approval we could imagine to start to proceed the management of a request and then require a new approval (which is not possible today)

It would be interesting to be able to perform decision based on the status of the previous manual task.

Also it would be interesting to have more links between task and request record (or change or incident) to be able to update request with value of a specific task user option (to build for sure as it doesn't exist 🙂 )

Agree with @Bertrand170177. And there should also be possible to build a float in an offering,  and then be able to re-use/link to an already built plan in another offering. The float chart is very hard to work with when you get many nodes, and it would be very useful to not have to build the same float in many offerings.
