Behavior change when searching records returned in lookups via user options

In the service portal, when searching within a list of values returned for a user option "record in table" lookup in a catalog item, special characters and spaces should be replaced with wildcards in order to accommodate user's expectations.

For example, if a user option is configured to search on contact full name attribute, and the full name contains a middle initial (ex. John W Smith), typing "John Smith" in the search would return "No options found".
