CC and BCC option in mail notifications - SMAX

Hi Expert ,

Option to provide CC and BCC in email notification . Currently there are few scenarios where we need to send notification to engineer and keep their managers in CC .

Ex Whenever their is a SLA breach or 75% /90% alert the mail should go the group /assignee and CC should be sent to the manager of the assignee .

Another example if there is a important Service request which needs to be approved a mail should go the requester manager .

Currently we dont have this option , it will be great if we can have this considered .

Regards

Praveen
