On the approval view we can see only pending approval requests. We should be able to see the past approval records. This data should also be available in reports.

Many customers have requested this change. We also agree with previous comments that this should also be visible in the end user service portal, as approver of the task might not be an agent.
Our Customer needs to see more details about the approval value(approved- denied) and by whom the action was taken and when. It's very urgent for the business.
