Consistent labeling of fields in system form Smart Ticket

In the system form Smart Ticket (Request) the labeling of the fields are both left and top of the fields (see attachment). When adding fields we cannot choose how to set the labeling, and customer wants it to be the same for all fields like in other forms.

We would like the labeling of the fields in this form to be consistent, and that the configuration for the labeling is set to “Top”.
