Define suggested values based on filter improvement

Hello

It could be useful to have new logical operator for the filter. For the moment we have only  IN and NOT IN.

I would like to add "START WITH", "> or < or >=  or <=" for numeric value and "LIKE" 

My use case : I have a request for SW installation. the filter is on the Editor Name starting with Micro for MicroFocus and Micro Focus

I would like also display only unit right licence :   license type with the right number = 1
