Disable the hyperlink on the portal

when the portal search returns no result. It will return Please try different keywords or create a standard support request (with a hyperlink, see attached screenshot). This hyperlink for creating a support request does not fit the current business logic. Can we disable or modify the hyperlink?

Note: this was possible in SMA-SM 2018.11 but not in SMA-SM 2019.02. Would like the same functionality to disable hyperlink to match customer's business logic.
