Download or print button for knowledge articles in Service Portal

Briefly describe your idea
Allow the dowload of knowledge articles so that users can print them.

Why is this important, when it would it be used
Some articles need to be printed and openely shown in the project room for legal requirements (e.g. Fire Saftey Instructions). When downloading via printing the website, the format doesn't look good..

If you were designing the solution, how would  you do it?
I would add a button ("Download or Print this article") such as the "Mark as Helpful" button.

Maybe this could be expanded to a share button that allows print, email and other social media.
