Enable Audit logs in SMAX

We have purchased SMAX version 08.2020 and we found that audit tracking is not available on the system that allow us to track the activities and control functions carried out by specific user(s) in a specific period of time related to any of SMAX applications (Incidents, Requests, Changes, etc...) in addition to other activities related to administration such as and not limited to (Configuration Changes, Workflow Studio modifications, adding/deleting records)

Data are most probably available on the system in the "History tab" per each record yet, there is no way to  extract it or make global search on all records to fulfill audit or management requirements. 

This request was already identified and required by Audit team.
