Enhance support matrix to include search facility

There's been many times I have been asked to tell the customers which version of SM support a specific 3rd party software version. E.g windows OS version, red hat version, Oracle version and etc etc.

Current method I used is to go through all the support matrixes to find the first SM version that supports the 3rd party software version that they are interested in.

I tried the release log but that do not always show me when a new version of 3rd party is first supported.

It will be good if I can search on a 3rd party product version, e.g. W2016 and find out which SM version first support it. Manually, I found out it was SM 9.51 but it was not quick.
