Enhancement request for SMA-X portal

Currently, our  users (IT and business) need to log into multiple web applications to engage with a service offering. This takes up too much time..

 In order to improve the end user experience, we need to implement SMA-X Portal as a single portal to order service requests. As a marketplace service platform portal 

 Actually, we have several portals for each domain (for example : A HR portal to declare the arrival of a new collaborator. A portal for the IT requests to request a new laptop by example, a CSA portal to request cloud VM or do action on those VM).

 Those portals are using several technologies as back end like Service Manager, Service Now, CSA…

 So we need to be able to regroups all those request inside a single portal.

 Users will be able to make all their request and follow their status inside a single portal. If there is some validation needed, the approvers should be able to approve all the requests inside that same portal.

 To simplify this mechanism, we would like to have connectors for common tools (Service Manager, Service Now, CSA) to aggregate their catalog. It’s something which was already implemented in the propel portal that we would like to have in the SMA-X portal. 

And we also need to be able to automatize some actions with an orchestrator like OO.  

And for actions for which there is no default connector, we would like to have a Web Service Connector to perform REST or SOAP Web Services calls.

This Idea is quite broad in scope, and won't ecovered in it's entirty, but Catalog Aggregation is a theme we're investing in for SMA-X Service Portal. Initialy priority based on customer input is aggregating from SM., and REST for user defined connections. 

@Mess can you describe further what you mean by " automatize some actions with an orchestrator like OO. " ?
