Expand and/or delete non-volatile lists

Hello everyone!

Non-volatile lists can contain up to 25 items. After some iterations with the customer, we are close to reaching this limit on a specific list, but, unfortunately, we cannot delete some unwanted list items.

We cannot delete and recreate the whole list, either. Nor can we create a new, fresh one. You see, this list is used for an ENUM field and reports are created from it.

Please consider at least expanding the list size. In this way, we will be able to flag as "Inactive" list items that are, at some point, not wanted.

Deleting a List would also be desirable.

Thanks,

Ioannis

Hi Ioannis,

I would be in favour of being able to delete user-added values, but adding more than 25 values on the screen sounds much less desirable.

However, deleting may require a guarantee that this value was not used at any time (because you may want to look at that record again).

Alternatively, a list where we allow up to 25 ACTIVE valies may be better than one limited to 25 in total between active and inactive.

Regards,

Ben

Fully agree, the list option should have at least a higher number of values, either active or inactive.

Around 50-100 values would be sufficient for most use cases we have.

The reason not using User Options(Volatile Lists) with 250 values is that you have to then configure that for each Offering, as well as you cannot display it in the table view for end users to filter their view, due to you having to select an offering to make it's user Options available for selection, and selecting Multiple Offerings does not allow this.

Thanks
