- When adding an attachment to the attachment section for request, the attachment will be visible for the end user in the portal. Sometimes the attachment should not be visible to the end user, it could be internal log files etc. The only way to day is to add the attachment in a internal comment. However, it’s not logical that not all attachment could be in the attachment section. We would like possibility to set audience per attachments in requests in the attachments section.
- If the end user has uploaded an attachment in the portal, he can delete the attachment later on. It is no good for the agent that the user can delete important attachments for the request resolution. We would like functionality to prevent the end users from deleting their own attachments after submitting a request.
