Hide "Requested for" or set it to Readonly

Customer is running SMA SM Mixed Mode on 2019.02.

They'd like to hide field "Requested for" on requeste service/support page.

Use case:

  • From logical perspective this is a governmental section every single request follow an huge approval cycle some request are restricted only to majors and sheikhs.
  • Some catalogue items are having very confidential and sensitive information which nobody can request to no body including including but not limited to case details restricted area access military location access.

This is crucial to customer because without applying this, project cannot go live.

This is implemented in 2019.05, where a feature setting is provided to control if "Requested For" is read-only or not. By default, the "Requested For" is editable.
