IF Statement for Automated Tasks/Business Rule

Hi,

We need to control on how our automated records is created, and it would be accomplished by adding a IF condition into the business rule so we can control if our Service Request is valid for creating billing record.

sometimes our users don't delete the automated task business rule even if the SR is for termination, as a result, automated tasks will still run through.

Hi @karlxix

You should already be able to accomplish this using a decision node in the task plan.

Thanks, Steve
