ITOM CDF log UI should have a better interface to view logs.

ITOM CDF log UI should have a better interface to view logs.

Currently the functions are limited as below, this does not help much in log investigation

UI element Description 13578712.pngToggles the size of the font used in the log 13578711.pngToggles the colors of the log: white characters on black background or black characters on white background 13578710.pngTimestamp of the currently displayed log 13578709.pngButtons to navigate through logs

It's not a good Interface to view logs:
I can't search. - The logviewer needs seach abilities
I can't display more lines then xx what is sometimes just a minute of logentries. - Need more diplayable lines in viewer
To get to a timestap of yesterday takes ages. May enable a funcion to jump 10 pages forward or backwards
Or just implement a kibana logstash solution...
Scenario
At installation of CDF or in every error case if you have to check the logs for the suite lifetime

It's better to support a search and filter funtions, or a function to jump 10 pages, highlighting, or switch to a certain timestamp

We are working on introducing better log management with the ability to search and view aggregated logs for the the entire software stack - Suite and CDF - included. This should help in the overall management and supportability of our next-generation containerized Suites.
