Requested functionality :
In Hot Topics Analytics in the Problem and Knowledge modules, allow Requests or Incidents to be filtered by other fields than just Service
Additional fields to support for filtering (in order of decreasing priority) :
- CreatedTime (range)
Use case :
In a MSP context, requests and incidents often need to be kept appart by related customer. Hot Topics Analytics will then only be usable if it allows looking at tickets of a particular customer.
