Incident report which can be made by selecting the field "Solution"

Hi,

We would like to suggest an idea which will allow SMAX users to make Incidents reports by selecting the field "solution".

Some of the businesses need to analyze the information recorded on the solution field but so far SMAX doesn't allow to make reports based on this field.

This is a very good idea. If we could extract reports containing Solution field it would be easier to analyze the tickets root causes and we could take necessary actions accordingly.
