one of our end customer has asked me to submit this idea
Our customer are allowed to open incidents. Actually there is a workaround using our call center to create an incident in SMAX. After opening incidents it's not possible to see them without follower function. It would be very helpful to integrate incident module and follower function to ServicePortal.
Maybe someone has an idea for a workaround yet to get our customers happy?
