LanDesk 10.1 inventory and software integration via Connect-IT 9.8x to Asset Manager 9.71 support

Hi all,

Found out Connect-IT 9.8x only supports up to LanDesk 8.8 and 9.0.

I have a use case which requires CIT 9.8x above scenario to support for LanDesk 10.1 for inventory and software integration to Asset Manager. 

Not sure why the LanDesk sw & inv scenario support stopped at 9.0 version. Hope this can be upgraded to support the newer LanDesk versions with MF products.

Is there a roadmap for LanDesk 2019.x.x versions? BAsed on our testing, we were able to use 9.x connector with 10.1 LD version.

@Amy Koh LanDesk 2019 support will be based on customers' requests, currently lab have not got many requests about it

This request was initially raised for this customer - but now the customer had upgraded their LD version. Is it possible for this ER to be changed to support 2019.x.x version instead? 

For 10.1, we have tested using the 8.x connector and it works. But with 2019.x.x version, we are not able to use the existing connectors.
