Log-in screen should have a "forgot password link" on the web client to reset an operator's password

In classic SM, the Service Manager (SM) web client does not have an option that allows users to reset their own password when they forget it. Instead, an email must be sent to the operator's email address with a new password, which forces the operator to type in a new password to log into the web client.

Hi,

For the "Instead, an email must be sent to the operator's email address with a new password, which forces the operator to type in a new password to log into the web client.", is this the expected behaviour in the web client or the ones already supported in OOB? i suppose should be the expected behaviour, but want to double confirm it

I'm with you on this. It's a frequuent complaint from users: why no "forgot password" link? It's standard functionality on nearly every app now.

Micro Focus: It doesn't look good when you first see the product or demo it. It's a standard feature that a lot of people look for
