Misleading functionality of "Favorites and Dashboards"

The menu entry of "Favorites and Dashboards" within HPSM is misleading.

The title will lead operators to the expectation that this is a place where he can store and find his personal favourite views - like a bookmark functionality in web browsers.

Instead of this, it is simply a list of all views which the currently logged in operator IS ABLE to view (on a permission level) - regardless if the view itself is recognized as useful.

There is no possibility to reduce the list to his personal "favorites" without changing the audience of the views itself. As a result of that, the list is not used by our operators.

The idea / improvement would be replacing the current functionality with the possiblity to store favorites on a per-operator basis.
