Mobile App Icon - Modify Icon for setting Customer Branding

0 Votes

Hi,

The customer wants to modify the mobile app icon after download it and configure the log on (scanning the QC Code).

Current Behaviour:

The mobile app icon cannot be changed. Just only for few smartphones is able to modifiy it depending on android version and smartphone model. This modification is manually.

Expected Behaviour:

After setting the connection thought scanning qc code, the portal should have the permission into the smartphone for downloading and setting the app icon. This icon must be configured/uploaded from "Configure Service Portal display theme setting" admin UI.

Best Regards

Alejandro Mata
