Issue : Currently , we are not able to add offerings based on the language, due to this users are able to view offerings of all languages on agent interface
Steps to reproduce :
1. Login to Agent Interface > Go to Service Catalog > Offerings
2. Add offerings in English and its corresponding translation in studio
3. Check the Service portal and agent interface for these offerings .
On the service portal , the offering is available based on the user language (due to the translation added in studio ) , but in the agent interface only English language offering is available regardless of the user language set.
Expected Results : There should be a language field enabled via which the visibility of offerings , service definition , category could be managed on Agent interface as well
