Placeholder and Tooltip not only for logical type "SMALL_TEXT"

For more usability in SMAX for endusers it would be great to create new fields with a placeholder or tooltip which inform the user what he has to fill in the field. But it is only possible for fields from logical type "SMALL_TEXT" so far and not for example for "MEDIUM_TEXT" or other field types. (see also QCCR1O8914)

In user Options, SMAX display tooltip, but it display the label of the field.

It doesn't work for all browser   and doesn't work with some character like the french character ' (apostrophe).

It doesn't work if the label is shorter that 27 character.
