There are customers that are using the Self-Service Portal mobile IOS app successfully when the product is configured with SAML and user/password authentication.
However, for customers using SAML and certificate-based authentication, the Self-service Portal mobile IOS app do not function as it does not cater certificate-based authentication. This is related to QCIM1E150511.
