Portal Knowledge Article - One Click Feedback - Thumbs Up/Down

On the portal, clients should have the ability to have the option to click a button (yes/no, Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down) on whether or not they found a Knowledge Article that was provided via Search, helpful or not.

This is a request from Leadership, as part of the new Service Portal, to implement a feedback option that will allow for reporting to determine if clients find the Knowledge Articles provided helpful or not.  This will allow for continuous improvement of Knowledge Articles for clients, utilizing the portal.

 Clients should have the ability to have the option to click a button (yes/no, Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down) on whether or not they found a Knowledge Article that was provided via Search, helpful or not.
