Possibility to create a ticket through mails coming from external

It could be very useful to create a ticket through random mails that has a domain not registered in SMAX

There are many customer that we support. They send us an e-mail when they have a problem

So, we want to create ticket through these mails so that we are able to follow , record these tickets and respond to our customers when necessary
