Possibility to loop in task plan

Possibility to loop in task plan

Often a task in a task plan has to wait for a condition to be true. We would like possibility to let the task rerun on a schedule until true, make a loop, or in someway be able to trigger a task to rerun.

Today we have to go outside with OO and hold the task until true, and then let the next task trigger. It should be much easier to set this up inside the task plan in smax.

When a task fails, you can enter the task record and it will be in Done/Failed metaphase in the workflow.

In the workflow tab, the metaphase transition button will give you the option to "Re-Open". Clicking on this button reopens the task record and places it in the "In Progress" metaphase, after which the OO automation to run again.

This existing functionality appears to satisfy the exact scenario you're describing, out of the box.
