Print record for incident/request/change...

Hello,

Our users would like to have a print finction to allow them to print the information of a ticket from the detailled view or the preview view accessible from the list of records.

That function would work like the send by email function to allow them to extract as a pdf the information of the ticket.

I have the same problem.

What I plan is to created an external application that will call the REST API.

Hi, This will avoid us making some screen copies. It would be much more professional to be able to edit and share a pdf document

We have a checkbox for print in the form, When checking the box, a OO jobb sends the content of the request to a print que. It works, however it's not very elegant. Should be fixed inside smax.
